Citizenship ClockDelete your data
Citizenship Clock has no accounts and we don’t store your data on any server, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side. Everything you enter lives on your device.
Erase everything in the app
- Open Citizenship Clock.
- Go to Settings (the gear on the Home screen).
- Tap Erase all data and confirm.
This deletes your trips, green card details and alerts from the device. Deleting the app also deletes its data.
Backups and exports
Copies in your device backup follow your device’s backup settings. Files you exported yourself stay wherever you saved or shared them; delete them there.
Purchases
Deleting data doesn’t cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
