Terms of Use
Last updated September 25, 2026
These terms apply to the Citizenship Clock app and website, made by Peak Apps Studio. By using the app you agree to them. If you download the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
Estimates, not legal advice
Citizenship Clock helps you keep a record of your trips and estimates when you may be eligible to file Form N-400, based on the continuous residence, physical presence and early filing rules published by USCIS. It does not cover every requirement (for example good moral character, English and civics, or special exceptions). All dates are estimates for information only. Citizenship Clock is not legal advice, does not file applications, and is not affiliated with USCIS or any government agency. Check with USCIS or a qualified immigration attorney or accredited representative before you file. You are responsible for the information you enter and for your application.
Citizenship Clock Pro
- Pro is offered as an auto-renewing yearly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- If a free trial is offered for the yearly plan, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- The yearly plan is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account and renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or from Settings → Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
- The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment for Pro on your Apple Account or Google Play account; restore it with Settings → Restore purchases.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
