Citizenship Clock is made by Peak Apps Studio (Doruk Çetin, individual developer). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the Citizenship Clock app for iOS and Android and this website.
The short version
We don’t collect any personal data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no location tracking. Your green card date and travel history stay on your device.
What you enter in the app
Your “Resident since” date, your path, your trips, countries and notes are stored in a database inside the app on your device. We never receive them. Your phone may include them in its own device backup (iCloud or Google), which your device settings control.
If you import your I-94 travel history, you paste the text into the app yourself; it is read on your device and never sent anywhere. If you export a PDF, CSV or backup, the app hands the file to the share sheet and you decide where it goes.

Notifications
Trip alerts and filing reminders are scheduled on your device. No server sends them.
This website
The website has no cookies, analytics or ads. Our host (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security. The calculator runs in your browser; nothing you type is sent anywhere.
Children
Citizenship Clock is not directed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices and rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, sell or delete. You can erase everything in the app at any time (Settings → Erase all data) or by deleting the app. See Delete your data. We do not sell or share personal information.
